關卡配置較為刁鑽、道具較少
其他方面例如頭目和敵人行動模式、洛克人傷害及防禦力都與原來相同
SUPER HERO MODE 超級英雄模式
關卡配置很刁鑽、道具超少
其他方面例如頭目和敵人行動模式、洛克人傷害及防禦力都與原來相同
BLUES MODE
使用布魯斯闖關，關卡配置除了沒有螺絲之外，同一般模式。沒有劇情故事。
與洛克人的差異：
1. 可以使用集氣飛彈和滑行
2. 可視範圍內一般彈只能有2發（用彈簧/噴射時又變回3發）
3. 一般彈彈道比洛克人略低
4. 跳躍時盾牌可以防禦或反彈子彈類的攻擊
5. 最開始就能使用布魯斯彈簧/噴射，效果同萊西彈簧/噴射
6. 受到的傷害是洛克人的2倍
7. 受傷彈飛距離是洛克人的2倍(24:12 pixcel)
8. 沒有螺絲及商店

洛克人9原本的DLC內容也有收錄，需破關一輪即可解鎖，或直接輸入DLC解放密碼：標題畫面輸入↑↓←→←→↓↑↑↓

放置於舞台特定位置，增加螺絲數20；最多為999
E罐 (Energy Can)
商店購得(30)/放置於舞台特定位置，隨身攜帶式，要使用時於狀態襴選擇，用以補滿生命；最多能帶9個
M罐 (Mystery Can)
商店購得(50)/放置於舞台特定位置，隨身攜帶式，要使用時於狀態襴選擇，用以補滿生命與武器全能源，最多只能帶1個。當身上已擁有M罐時，其他舞台的M罐將會消失。在生命與武器能源全滿的情況下使用的話會有意想不到的效果。
艾弟
商店購得(50)，艾弟的運送系統，能夠運送道具；最多能帶3個
超級防禦
商店購得(100)，使用後傷害-50%（無條件捨去小數點），接關或過關後失效；最多只能帶1個
比特呼叫
商店購得(50)，掉到洞裡時會前來救援，被救起後可調整方向，按跳躍可提早放開；最多能帶3個
穿刺防禦
商店購得(50)，碰刺不死1次；最多能帶3個
能源平衡器
商店購得(100)，武器能源可以直接吃，而不用先切換才能補，補給法是從能源最少的開始，之後是平均補；此道具為永久道具
髮型書
商店購得(20)，洛克人會摘下頭盔，比較帥但是受到的傷害變為原本的兩倍，死亡後頭盔會戴回去；最多只能帶1個
洛克人頭盔
在摘下頭盔的狀態下可於商店購得(20)，即將頭盔戴上，恢復原本的防禦力
羅露衣裝
商店購得(200)，購入後羅露會變裝成洛克人8代時的服裝，再買一次則會變回來
破關畫面某個場景中有羅露，其衣裝會因為道具這個而改變
1UP（布魯斯）
打倒小兵後隨機掉落/放置於舞台特定位置，增加殘機數；最多為9
布魯斯模式專用道具。

跳50次以內擊破任何一個舞台
07 Mr. Trigger Happy - Clear the game with more than 500 Mega Buster shots.
發射500發以上的洛克飛彈並破關
08 Double Trouble - Visit all stages twice and clear the game.
進入所有（八大）舞台兩次並破關
09 Mr. Perfect - Clear the game without getting damaged.
無傷破關
10 Invincible - Clear the game without dying.

11 Almost Invincible - Clear the game without continuing.

12 No Coffee Break - Clear the game without using any energy or mystery tanks.

16 Peacekeeper - Clear the game by defeating the fewest number of enemies possible.
盡可能不殺敵破關
17 Conservationist - Clear the game by using the least amount of weapon energy possible.
